At GRAFFTEE, we take pride in delivering premium-quality oversized T-shirts. Every order goes through quality checks before shipping. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

You received an incorrect item
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind or style preference

Products that are used, washed, or altered

Items without original packaging and tags

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup where possible.

In some locations, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
5. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
